FRESHE WELLNESS OÜ (Kalaranna 8/6-15, 10415 Tallinn, Estonia) and the French distributor FRESHE WELLNESS SAS (128 Rue la Boétie, 75008 Paris, France)

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on www.getfreshe.com by consumers residing in the European Union. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. Products
Freshe sells food supplements and persional hygiene products dedicated for women's health. Our products are food supplements and not medicines. They do not replace medical advice.
Products are manufactured in France in certified laboratories, in compliance with European regulations applicable to food supplements.
We reserve the right to modify our product catalogue at any time.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) and are displayed on our website at the time of ordering. Delivery costs are indicated separately during checkout.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
5. Ordering
To place an order on our site:
- Select your product and your treatment duration
- Add to cart and proceed to checkout
- Enter your delivery and payment details
- Confirm your order by clicking 'Place order'
A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is validated. This email constitutes acceptance of your order by Freshe.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment problem, incorrect address or previous dispute.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna
Payments are secured by Stripe Inc. Freshe does not store any banking data.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to all countries of the European Union.
7.2 Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days
- European Union: 5 to 10 working days
7.3 Delivery Costs
- Free delivery for all orders from €49
- Below €49: delivery costs calculated at checkout
Freshe cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to causes beyond its control (strikes, bad weather, carrier issues).
7.4 Lost or Undelivered Packages
In the event that a package is lost or not delivered, the customer must contact our customer service at contact@getfreshe.com within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at the customer's choice. Freshe cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons.

NB! The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused. Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the same payment method used during the order.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
9. Legal Guarantees
Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with applicable law.

10. Liability
Freshe shall not be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of its products. Our food supplements are intended for healthy adults. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing medical treatment or have a particular medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Our products are not medicines and do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on www.getfreshe.com (texts, images, logos, videos, formulas) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs exclusively to FRESHE WELLNESS OÜ and FRESHE WELLNESS SAS. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available on our site. In accordance with GDPR, you have rights over your data which you can exercise by contacting us at kadi@getfreshe.com.

These T&Cs are governed by Estonian law and comply with applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Consumers residing in an EU member state benefit from the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence. The website is operated by FRESHE WELLNESS SAS (France) and FRESHE WELLNESS OÜ (Estonia).
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@getfreshe.com to find an amicable solution. If unresolved, you may use the free consumer mediation service. For European consumers, the online dispute resolution platform is accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Failing an amicable resolution, the Estonian courts shall have jurisdiction.

Freshe reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the date of the order.
